As per police, the episode occurred on Thursday night when Vishnu Kumar, the food conveyance official, was going to Sant Nagar in East of Kaliash from Rain Basera, Nehru Place. In his grievance, Vishnu said when he came to approach Aashtha Kunj park around 7.30 pm, three individuals hailed him and attempted to grab his cell phone. At the point when he opposed, Sumit assaulted him with a blade and the other charged ransacked his cell phone.
